Meet and Greet at the GWL - May 18th, 2009
Alot of the teens stated they would like to meet before the FORMAL so this year we have added a MEET AND GREET for all the teens that are attending the FORMAL to come and play PUTT PUTT at GWL in Williamsburg on the 18th of May, 2009. They have added an outdoor fun putt putt area. We will meet at 5pm and play till 7pm. The cost per student is $4.00 and for adults the cost is $7.00. It is good for one round of play. I was told it will take 1 hour to do one round.
If you would like to do this event as well please add that to your Formal total. I will need to know how many adults and teens participating. Email me at sloper04@...

Send your check payable to REACH to Wanda Sloper, 35451 Wilderness Shores Way, Locust Grove, VA 22508. There are no refunds on this event so if you cannot go you are welcome to sell your tickets.
You will p/u tickets the day of the event - I will meet you inside the visiter center at Jamestown.
Jamestown has a full size cafeteria inside as well as a large gift shop. __________________________________________________________ Colonial Williamsburg: May 20th:
We are also offering anyone the chance to do Colonial Williamsburg as well. This is the last year that tickets will be available for $5.00 a person with under 6 FREE. Next year 2010 they are raising their prices and most likely tickets will be around $10.00 a person and a small fee for kids ages 3 to 6. I was able to work with them this year and keep our rate at $5.00 a person for 2009.
Come and visit Colonial Williamsburg on the 20th of May from 9-5pm. You can go to Jamestown first and then come back and do Williamsburg for the rest of the day or vice versa.
If you did both museums or etc it would cost you $11.00 a person. That is not a bad deal considering it is $14.00 for Jamestown and at least $28.00 for adults for Williamsburg.
At Williamsburg this year you will p/u your tickets at the group arrivals building. The staff there will be handing out your tickets to you. All you have to do is show up, go inside, tell them that you are with the REACH group and give them your first and last name. That way you don't need to catch up with me. I won't have any tickets at all - they will be at Williamsburg on the day of 20th.
There are no refunds on this -so if you don't show you just miss out.
